The villa is located on a hill, only 4 km away from Ibiza town, 5 minutes from the airport, in the area of San Jose. An archway leads to a large courtyard with arcaded porches which invites placid relaxation. The porches are incorporated into the living area in order to extend the interior spaces to the exterior. All the spaces flow continuously and display a fusion of contemporary design and traditional elegance. The white walls typify That Ibizan architecture contrast with the dark concrete floor. The large glass French doors in the living area, extend to the terrace that overlooks the pool area. The pool is 10 x 10 m and is salt water (no salty taste) which is good for eyes, skin, and hair.
