One of the most beautiful properties in Formentera, 300 meters from the small tourist town of Es Pujols and its beach. The main Villa with large living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds), big sofa bed, two bathrooms, large patio overlooking the sea and Ibiza, satellite-TV, safe (4-6 people);

• Madera House with living room and kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds), bathroom, small patio, satellite-TV, safe (4 people);

• Studio Flat with kitchenette, 2 single beds, bathroom (2 people).

There is air conditioning in each bedroom.

The three houses are situated around a private swimming pool with sunbeds, parasols, swing sofa in a 1000 square metre garden with palm trees, ibiscus and bouganville. There is also a barbecue and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There are 4 wifi networks for a total coverage of the property. We only accept families or those who wish to relax in a quiet atmosphere as the property is located in a peaceful, residential area of the island. The property is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday (except for the months of April, May and October). The rental price includes all utilities, final cleaning, bed linen and towels.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, in total there are 5.
The property has a private swimming pool and a garden of 1000 square meters.
It is 400 metres from Es Pujols and its beach and it is located in a quiet and residential area of Formentera.
The maximum capacity of the property is 10 adults, 12 if there are children.

Payment: To book the property is necessary a deposit equal to a 30% of the total amount by bank transfer and the balance must be made at the delivery of the keys.
You have to pay a deposit of 200 euros on arrival and will be given back on departure day.
